February is here and I can’t help but think of relationships.
Human relationships are necessary and can make the world a better place. Some relationships are easy, while some are difficult and broken. We enjoy and endure many types of relationships throughout life. Are you in love with the relationships in your life?
The most important relationship is one with God! It is up to you to develop your own relationship with Him. By praying and reading the Bible, you can grow closer to God. Strengthen relationships with others through acts of kindness, caring, sharing and praying together. God will be pleased.
Make every effort to live in peace with all men and to be holy; without holiness, no one will see the Lord. Hebrews 12:14

January is here and I am anticipating what this new year will bring. Anticipation means hoping for good things to happen. It requires an attitude filled with hope and patience. Do you submit your plans to God and wait in anticipation for His approval? One thing we certainly have to look forward to is Christ’s return. He can come back at any moment! Please do not miss the opportunity to know Jesus! Your life and heart will be changed forever.
Since ancient times, no one has heard, no ear has perceived, no eye has seen any God besides you, who acts on behalf of those who wait for Him. Isaiah 64:4
It’s December and I am blessed beyond measure to bring you the 50th episode! Blessings are gifts from God. The Christmas season brings a heightened awareness of God’s blessings. However, each day, no matter what the season, we should look for His blessings. Are you in anticipation of God’s blessings?
Blessings and gratitude tend to go hand in hand. Many people feel they are not worthy of a blessing, while others are constantly praying for God’s blessing on their life. Christmas reminds us of our greatest blessing in knowing and believing in our salvation through Jesus Christ.
Through the work of the Christ Jesus, God has blessed the Gentiles with the same blessing He promised to Abraham, and we Christians receive the promised Holy Spirit through faith.
I love thinking about my family’s wonderful Thanksgiving memories. A memory is sacred. It is how you recall something from YOUR past. Growing up in church, I remember singing Sunday School songs, being confirmed and my first communion. Do you ever reflect on the spiritual memories in your life?
Good memories about God’s love for you can offer encouragement through difficult times. Reflect back on the spiritual memories that started YOUR foundation for relationship with God. Recall what He has done in your life. God has never changed. God is waiting to hear from you.
Every time I think of you, I give thanks to my God. I always pray for you and I make my requests with a heart full of joy. Philippians 1:3-4
It’s October and I am sure fall weather is on its way.
In our world today, we face many uncertainties. It is important to find a few things you know for certain you can depend on to help you through life’s challenges. Are there things in your life that are uncertain and causing stress?
Don’t forget that God created you. Be assured that your life has a purpose. Know that God’s word is true. He loves you unconditionally and will never leave you. As a forgiven child of God, you have assurance in your salvation.
Keep your lives free from the love of money, and be content with what you have; for he has said, “I will never leave you or forsake you. So we can say with confidence, “the Lord is my helper I will not be afraid.
